Open My Real Estate Letters

Double click on the My Real Estate Letters icon located on your desktop.

select the letter you wish to view

Once you single click on a letter title, that letter will appear inside the “right window”.

Highlight the letter you wish to use

To highlight a letter, you may use any one of the following methods: Click the “Green Check Mark” icon located on the toolbar. Or, hold down your left mouse button and drag/highlight the entire letter. Or, you may “right click” inside the body of the letter and click on “Select All”.

Once you have found a letter, highlighted it, you then need to copy it by clicking on the icon “Copy to Clipboard” that contains two pieces of paper.

Open up your favorite word processing software (such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, WordPad, Microsoft Works, Google Docs, or any other word processing software). In your word processing document, click the “paste” button or select “edit” and “paste”. Edit the letter by inserting your personal information and then save the letter. Or, you may “right click” inside the body of the letter and click on “Select All”.

Locate and open the My Real Estate Letters PDF document that you downloaded to your computer or device.

The PDF has an easy-to-use table of contents section that provides the name and page number of each letter. Once you find a letter that you would like to use, highlight it (using the “selection tool” located on the PDF toolbar), and copy it (clicking “edit” and “copy” on the PDF menu). Open up your favorite word processing software (such as Pages, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any other word processing software). In your word processing document, click the “paste” button or select “edit” paste. Edit the letter by inserting your personal information and then save the letter.
